Scope and quotations
Website descriptions outline available service areas, not a binding quotation. Deliverables, fees, taxes, payment terms, timing, support, warranty and any third-party costs must be confirmed in your written engagement or quotation before work begins.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate records and notices, approve submissions, and arrange lawful access or authorization where required. Never share ZATCA passwords, OTPs or private certificate keys through the public enquiry or assessment forms. Software-vendor access and device compatibility can affect delivery.
Official decisions and deadlines
Published wave information does not replace your individual notice. Grace periods and objection dates must be verified for your own case. We cannot guarantee official approval, penalty relief, acceptance of an objection or a particular regulatory outcome.
AI and tracker limitations
AI output is preliminary guidance and may contain errors; seek specialist review before acting. The tracker uses dates you enter and provides on-page alerts while you visit it, not a background notification service or an official ZATCA connection. You remain responsible for monitoring your official notices.
