Privacy Notice
How eServices KSA handles enquiries, business tracker records and AI assessment input.
Contact enquiries
The form collects your name, email, optional company, selected service and message, along with a submission reference and language. Enquiries are saved privately for service review. Email notifications are not enabled yet; urgent requests should use our phone or WhatsApp.
Private business tracker
Signing in provides access to records belonging to your account. The tracker stores the business name, dates and notes you enter and the integration status. Dates are user-reported, not retrieved from your ZATCA account.
AI assessment input
With your consent, your notice text, integration status and reported dates are processed through our AI service to generate preliminary guidance. Do not include taxpayer identifiers, passwords, OTPs, certificate secrets or personal data unrelated to the enquiry. Service providers may process input and operational logs; this is not a confidential legal advice channel.
Storage and external services
The site stores your language preference in your browser and uses account-session storage for sign-in. External services include sign-in providers, Google Fonts, WhatsApp and official ZATCA links. Those services have their own privacy terms. Technical request information is also used for security, rate limits and service diagnostics.
Your requests and contact
Contact info@eservicesksa.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or ask about retention. We may need to verify ownership and consider applicable legal obligations before acting. You can delete individual business records in your tracker.
